Returns & Exchanges

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations before your item ships. Email us at support@luluvia.com right away if you need to cancel or modify your order.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and free of pet hair
  • Must be in original packaging with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase required

Return for Refund

  • Accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
  • Customer covers return shipping unless the error was ours
  • Refunds issued to original payment method

Exchange for Size/Style

  • We'll exchange for a different size or color if item is unused
  • Customer pays return shipping; new item ships free

Defective/Wrong Item?

If we made a mistake, we'll resend the correct item at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items
  • Items with pet hair, stains, or wear
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll notify you of approval. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
